Free calculator

An ARV calculator for your website

A free ARV calculator to embed on your site. Enter three or more comps and it averages their price per square foot. No cookies.

Who it is for

• Investor sites that want visitors to see how comps turn into an after-repair value.
• Coaches who teach comping and want students to work through real examples.
• Agents who explain value to investors and want it on the page.

How it is worked out

For each comp: sale price divided by its square feet, times the subject's square feet, plus your dollar adjustment. The ARV is the average of the complete comps, shown once at least three are complete.

It is an estimate to check, not advice.

Add it to your site

Paste the script tag where the calculator should appear. It sizes itself to fit.

<script src="https://offerscratch.barakatlabs.com/embed.js"
  data-calc="arv" data-accent="#2747D9"
  async></script>

If your site builder strips scripts, use a plain iframe instead.

<iframe src="https://offerscratch.barakatlabs.com/w/arv?accent=2747D9"
  title="ARV calculator"
  style="width:100%;border:0;height:720px"></iframe>

Every setting, including your accent color and logo, is on the docs page, and the builder fills the code in for you.
