Free calculator

A repair cost calculator for your website

A free repair cost calculator to embed on your site. Set your own light-work amounts and scale each line by scope. No cookies.

Who it is for

• Investor sites that want visitors to size up a rehab before they make an offer.
• Coaches who teach scope of work and want students to build a budget line by line.
• Agents who help sellers and buyers think through what a house needs.

How it is worked out

Each row starts with your own light-work amount. Medium doubles it and heavy triples it. The total is the sum of the rows. The multipliers are a way to explore scope quickly, not labor or material prices.

It is an estimate to check, not advice.

Add it to your site

Paste the script tag where the calculator should appear. It sizes itself to fit.

<script src="https://offerscratch.barakatlabs.com/embed.js"
  data-calc="repairs" data-accent="#2747D9"
  async></script>

If your site builder strips scripts, use a plain iframe instead.

<iframe src="https://offerscratch.barakatlabs.com/w/repairs?accent=2747D9"
  title="Repair cost calculator"
  style="width:100%;border:0;height:720px"></iframe>

Every setting, including your accent color and logo, is on the docs page, and the builder fills the code in for you.
