These terms cover the OfferScratch site and calculators, provided by Barakat Labs. By using them you agree to these terms.

Estimates, not advice

The calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter. They are tools to check your own thinking, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and not a promise about any deal. Check every number yourself before you act on it.

No warranty

The calculators are free and provided as they are. We try to keep the math right but do not promise it is free of errors, or that the calculators will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Barakat Labs is not liable for losses that come from using them.

The free calculators may change

We may change, pause or stop the free calculators or any setting at any time. Embedded calculators pick up changes automatically unless you use the pinned script.

If you embed a calculator

• You may add it to your own site for free.
• Leave the “Free calculator by OfferScratch” link and the early-list box in place, and do not claim the calculator as your own work.
• You are responsible for your own site and for what you say around the calculator. Do not present its results as a promise of income or of any outcome.
• Signups from the early-list box are OfferScratch's, as the builder says before you copy the code.

Using the site

Do not try to break the site, overload it, or use it to send spam or to attack others.
